For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened natural health products or cosmetics unless the product was received damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
